A while back I posted Chicago emcee Pennjamin Bannekar's "Hello World" mixtape and you guys actually transcended sleeping on it and straight up went into a state of hibernation. I guess Penn felt some kind of way about that because he came back legit on his new album "Heart Beat". The album is 13 tracks deep and showcases Penn's versatile skills which can appeal to underground as well as mainstream heads.
